Ferdaous Naili, Alternative Candidate, Arts & Sciences, Beirut – Take Back LAU Council 2013

Ferdaous Naili

Arts & Sciences – Beirut

Votes? Elections?

Who cares, right! Well I have to rectify and say that ‘some’ do. A minority somehow bothers to run around, advocating, each on their own, a cause dear to their heart. I happen to be doing a similar thing, but with an alternative twist. My running for these elections is to call on those who are part of a silent majority to play along and not let ‘some’ speak for them. And yes I am another one asking you to vote.

But…

Your vote means to me commitment Your vote means to me that you care as well for change. Your vote means that you are looking for an alternative Our relationship with the student council is a barrier that can only be transformed and reshaped into better communication dynamics if the right people are in charge.

And it is with passion for change, a dedication to serving others and of course the pleasure of the experience that I lend my voice to you this year. To the Craze of politicians and their animosity: the page needs flipping, because a cheerful girl is to start leading now, if and only if they give her a chance to!

Cheers to Voting alternative
